We accept a range of payment methods, including (T/T)bank transfers, PayPal, and credit cards. Please contact us for further details.
Less than USD500, full payment before production
More than USD500, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.

Sales Questions

How to get samples? Is the sample charged?
  • We offer samples of our packaging solutions to allow you to test and evaluate the quality before placing an order. The stock and existing samples are free.
    You only need to pay the sample shipping charge.
    We will arrange shipping via Fedex, UPS, and DHL from China to your office.
  • For customized samples as your design, and size.
    The sample setup charge is about 50-100 USD.
    Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation.
  • You Can check the quality via Video, or via pictures before placing the order
    We will also provide a pre-production sample for free for confirmation before mass production.
  • The sample charge will be refunded according to the order amount, usually 2000pcs order.
What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
  1. Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
  2. material and surface handling (We could advise if you’re not sure)
  3. printing colors and LOGO  (could quote 4C if you’re not sure)
  4. Quantity
  5. Price Term    DDP price is our usual price term, if you need FOB/CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.
  6. Design draft   If it is possible, please also provide pictures or a design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference. We provide free 3d sample mock and professional design services for us.
  7. We will reply to you within 24 hours.
What kind of format file is available for printing?
The popular file type: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, EPS.
Bleed Size: 3-5mm.
Resolution: 300+ dpi. The higher, the better.
How to ensure product quality?
  1. After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for your confirmation.
  2. Normally we will send you a sample to confirm everything first.
  3.   We will make the mass production according to the confirmed sample, making sure every detail exactly the same as your request.
  4. We have advanced equipment, maintaining on time every day to ensure good printing and cutting quality, and also a professional quality inspection team to ensure that each shipment is qualified.
  5.  All orders are tested for their printing, size, and color by the final quality control team before delivery.
What's your delivery time?

Our standard lead time for production is 15-20 days
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and shipping way. We always provide estimated delivery times with each order.

Usually, we ship goods below 1000pcs by express for like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.  It takes 6-8 working days.
Or ship goods by FBA air service, which takes 12-15 working days.

  1. By air, fast but expensive, usually for small or urgent orders

Many orders are shipped by sea, as the custom box is heavy, Shipping charge by sea is suitable. It takes 35-45 days.

2. By sea, cheap but long time, usually for big quantity (CSCL, COSCO, APL, K’LINE, MAERSK, HANJIN…)

  • The delivery time is 30-40 days if using fast shipping way(By Express or by air).
  • The delivery time is 50-60 days if using slow shipping (By sea or by Train).

After Purchase Questions

What If I'm Not Happy With The Product?

Usually, we make the custom case together and share with your the order details.

We arrange to ship after you confirm the final quality control report and mass production picture. We have a strict quality control process in place to ensure that all products meet our high standards.

You will be happy with what you confirmed.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

How Fast We Are Getting My Order?

Timely delivery is the question clients always asked.  After shipping we will give you a tracking NO. and also keep tracking for you.

Firstly please let us know your timeline and deadline.

Then we will share with you (lead time+QC time+shipping time) to check if we Can meet.

As per your deadline, we will advise the suitable shipping way (via express like DHL, FedEx, By air, by sea, and by railway).

Then after shipping, we will tell you the approximate delivery date.

Delivery time is estimated, rush order with risk, please plan your order in advance.

Can I track my shipment once it is dispatched?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipments, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.

Why there is color difference?

In the printing industry, there is usually a 5% color difference, we try to avoid color differences by spot color printing.

Because the screen display and the actual printing may also be different, you can not require a 100% match for the color.

If you provide the Pantone NO. of your logo, it’s helpful for us to control the quality.

We will also take pictures or videos before shipping, but some colors can not take pictures of the real color, there will also be color differences.

Why is the logo not 100% center?

Because many customizations are done by hand, we can’t do the logo centering and stitching perfectly, so we will tell our customers beforehand.
During production, we will try our best to center the logo, and the customer has to accept a slight deviation of 5mm.

Getting Started Questions

Do you have any customers in our country? Can you share their names?

Normally we do not share customer information from the same country unless we have the customer’s consent.

If they are willing to share the customer testimonial, we will show their names.

Can you do door-to-door?

Yes, we provide FBA by air, by sea, by railway door-to-door service.

This service including shipping cost, custom cost and delivery door to door service

Tell me what you can do to support me better?

Our professional sales staff will communicate all the details with you in a timely manner, form your customized needs into documents and design drawings, and then note your special requirements, and timeline.

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the type of packaging solution and customization requirements.
